Sound Therapy
Sound Therapy is a powerful way to restore balance to your nervous system. In today’s world, we’re constantly exposed to lower vibrations—stressful jobs, busy schedules, and financial pressures—that can leave you feeling drained and tense. Sound therapy uses higher frequencies to elevate your body’s lower vibrations, helping to release tension and boost your energy.
This treatment begins with choosing a personalized frequency playlist designed to address your specific needs, such as reducing anxiety, relieving stress, or boosting your immune system. As you settle onto the table, Acutonic tuning forks will gently ground and relax you, balancing your body’s energy using acupressure point to help open any blocked meridians in your body while focusing on your intentions for the session. Throughout your session, you’ll be immersed in the soothing sounds of a singing triangle, the deep vibrations of a Tibetan bowl, the rhythmic flow of an ocean drum, or a cleansing drum wash to complete your experience.

​Reiki
Reiki is a powerful energy healing treatment designed to open and balance the seven main chakras along your spine—Root, Sacral, Solar Plexus, Heart, Throat, Third Eye, and Crown. These energetic centres are connected to the organs and tissues in their corresponding areas, and when we internalize or suppress emotions during stressful situations, blockages can form in these chakras. Over time, this can lead to feeling stuck, blocked, or even experiencing physical aches and pains.
During a Reiki Session, you’ll experience a combination of sound therapy, tuning forks, and craniosacral. A blend of vibrational healing, massage, and subtle adjustments. This promotes deep relaxation, restores balance physically and energetically, while helping to release stored tension, allowing energy to flow freely once again.
