Escape to a serene sanctuary for a weekend retreat dedicated to your personal growth and well-being. Our program features TRE (Tension & Trauma Release Exercises) and embodied dancing, powerful practices to help you release tension and reconnect with your body. Engage in life coaching sessions designed to help you gain clarity, set goals, and navigate life's challenges. You'll also learn techniques to let go of stuck emotions, fostering emotional freedom and inner peace. Relax and rejuvenate in our steam sauna and hot tub, perfect for soothing your body and mind. Throughout the retreat, you'll have the chance to take a nature walk, yoga, connect with a supportive community, sharing experiences and building meaningful relationships. Also enjoy the company of two toy Aussie Shepards that will provide some joy and comfort during your stay.
