Yoga has such an inspiring place in my life. There's so much more to yoga than asanas (poses). Yoga is a practice of discipline, compassion, self-love, movement, stillness, and breathe. All leading to a deeper connection with yourself. The asanas are the part of the practice that helps you get into your body, so you can find stillness. It's in the stillness that you will find your answers.
